1. Contract Term

2. Payment Obligation & Schedule
Clients are required to fulfill all payments as outlined in their contract, regardless of early cancellation. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or upfront).
Failure to make payments on time may result in late fees, suspension of services, or legal action to recover outstanding balances.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their contract at any time; however:

Full payment of the contract remains due, even if services are discontinued before the end of the contract term.

4. Service Scope & Responsibilities

In cases where JKBL Holdings terminates a contract for reasons other than non-payment, a prorated refund may be considered at the company’s discretion.
